Requirements For Fireworks Display
- Notify City Secretary of request at least 45 days in advance of the fireworks date in order to facilitate processing of the Special Use Permit application.
- Notify and get permission from Lake Travis Fire Rescue.
- Notify people in the immediate area of the venue (City will provide list).
- Must be administered by a professional, licensed fireworks company.
- Fireworks must end by 9:30 pm
- Duration of fireworks limited to 15 minutes or less.
- Provide copy of or proof of insurance.
- Have permission from the venue.
